• There are no service charges. The balance of the Gift Cards of metalcoffinrecords.com is valid for 1 year from the moment your purchase is made. If it is not consumed in the aforementioned time, the balance will be taken in favor of Metal Coffin Records without any claim, due to lack of follow-up by the user. 
• You can choose the pre-set Gift Card amounts or assign one ($500 pesos and up).
• Redeem your Gift Cards to purchase any of the eligible products at metalcoffinrecords.com.
• Gift Cards are available to be used after purchase and activation.
• Metal Coffin Records Gift Cards are not subject to exchange or return once purchased.
• Metal Coffin Records Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible products at metalcoffinrecords.com.

1. Use of balances

The balance of the Metal Coffin Records Gift Cards can only be used to purchase products listed as eligible, which are available at metalcoffinrecords.com. Products and services are subject to change at our sole discretion. Purchases will be deducted from the user's Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be notified to the user.  If a purchase exceeds the balance on the user's Gift Cards, the remaining amount must be paid by one of the payment methods offered: Wire transfer, bank deposit, Oxxo, PayPal or credit or debit card. See Payment Methods and send the receipt to contact [at] metalcoffinrecords.com with the email title: "Difference Deposit for Gift Card", along with the user's full details: full name, telephone and address.

2. Limitations of use

Gift Cards, including any unused balance on them, expire within one year of card purchase. The balance of the Gift Cards can only be applied to order at metalcoffinrecords.com. Gift Cards may not be used to acquire other Gift Cards or Gift Cards from third parties. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, used to make payments outside of metalcoffinrecords.com, used to carry out advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or activities for promotional or commercial purposes, including reselling or shipping products from metalcoffinrecords.com; nor redeemed for more than their worth; redeemed for cash; reimbursed in cash (except to the extent required by law); or used in any other way that violates our Metal Coffin Records Gift Card Restrictions.

Gift Cards of metalcoffinrecords.com cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards of metalcoffinrecords.com or applied to an order containing Gift Cards of metalcoffinrecords.com. You must use a credit, debit card or other valid payment method to pay for the order if you have Gift Cards from metalcoffinrecords.com in your Shopping Cart. The Gift Cards of metalcoffinrecords.com cannot be transferred to another account once they have been redeemed. Gift Cards of metalcoffinrecords.com are non-returnable and cannot be refunded, unless required by law.

3. Risk of loss

Ownership of the Gift Cards and the risks associated with their loss pass to the purchaser when Metal Coffin Records electronically transmits the Gift Cards to the purchaser or designated recipient, as applicable. Gift Cards must be purchased from Metal Coffin Records or a third party authorized by us. We do not assume responsibility for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that require Gift Card payments. metalcoffinrecords.com is not responsible for, nor does it assume any responsibility to you for any illegal conduct or fraud by third parties in relation to Gift Cards.

4. Use of the Gift Card in contravention of these Terms and Conditions

By using any Gift Card, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree not to use a Digital Gift Card in any way that could be misleading, abusive or in any other way harmful to metalcoffinrecords.com, its affiliates or clients. In the event that we suspect that a Gift Card has been obtained, used, linked to a metalcoffinrecords.com account or applied to a purchase fraudulently, illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and, we reserve the right to exercise, without prior notice, our power to cancel Gift Cards (including any component of your balance in metalcoffinrecords.com), close customer accounts, suspend or terminate the right to use our services, reject orders and make the collection through alternative forms of payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make no warranty, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards including, but not limited to, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or for a particular purpose. In the event that a Gift Card does not work, your only right and our only responsibility will be the replacement of said Gift Card. If applicable law does not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations referred to above may not be applicable and you may have additional rights.

6. General rules

The Terms and Conditions of Use of metalcoffinrecords.com will be applicable to this transaction. Any commission associated with your purchase through Gift Cards is temporary and will be refunded to your Balance at Metal Coffin Records. We reserve the right to request some additional verification of your identity or your account, as well as to request an additional payment method before applying a Gift Card to your account or making a purchase with your Balance at Metal Coffin Records. Gift Cards are issued by Metal Coffin Records. In order to file a legal action or requirement regarding Gift Cards, please contact Metal Coffin Records: contact [at] metalcoffinrecords.com. By purchasing, receiving, using, associating to your account or applying a Gift Card to a purchase, you agree that Mexican laws will govern these Terms and Conditions and rules of conflict of rights principles will not be taken into account.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. By purchasing, receiving, using, associating to your account or applying a Gift Card to a purchase, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions contained herein will be applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions is considered null or invalid, or for any reason, it is not enforceable, the provision that is not enforceable will be considered independent and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of the provisions.
