Returns: What cases apply and how it proceeds

In México

After the first 24 hours in which the product arrived at its final destination, Metal Coffin Records will not be responsible for any clarification if there is a supposed inconvenience with the product received by the client, the person designated by the client /user to receive the product or whoever is described in the acknowledgment of receipt of the destination indicated by the client/user. This applies only in México.

International

Complementing the aforementioned, for foreign countries where we validate our shipments through private parcels (example: FedEx), you have a period of 24 hours, otherwise, your case may be discarded due to lack of follow-up. Although we do make international shipments via Correos de México, we are not responsible for any clarification or follow-up by what is sent through Correos de México, once its tracking number has been shared, since they do not provide timely support.

"My package looked good in its packaging, but it came with deficiencies inside"

If the product is received in a supposed bad state by a private courier (FedEx, Redpack, 99 Minutos, Metal Coffin Records Delivery or another private courier selected by the client), but it is not visible at first sight, that is, , that the box and its packaging are in excellent condition, but once the package is opened the internal product is in an irregular condition and, this happens in México, it can only be considered by Metal Coffin Records after an analysis of the situation and if it is reported during the first 24 hours, from the delivery to the client/user, who names the client who can receive the product or who is described in the acknowledgment of receipt of the destination indicated by the client/user.

The next step for the customer / user, is to forward the package back to Metal Coffin Records, to start an analysis process to find out what the product's failure is, if it agrees with what the customer / user cited and determine if the monetary refund of the product or product replacement applies, as the case may be. If the case is suspicious or the client leads to an action to carry out a fraud against Metal Coffin Records, the refund will be denied at all and the case will be brought to the authorities for legal action.

In case the return proceeds without any inconvenience, Metal Coffin Records will only make monetary returns through Transfer once it receives the product back, the data for Transfer is shared by the client / user and everything can be resolved within a maximum period of 20 business days. For foreign countries where we validate our shipments through private parcels (example: FedEx), they have a period of 24 hours, if not, your case may be discarded due to lack of tracking.

Metal Coffin Records is not the least responsible for shipments made in Mexico and abroad by Correos de México, after sharing the tracking number and sending a photo of the package in optimal condition, since they do not provide punctual support if necessary.

"My package was altered in its packaging from the moment it was tried to leave at my destination"

In the event that the package arrives at its final destination in allegedly poor conditions by the private parcels Redpack, 99 Minutes, FedEx, Metal Coffin Records Delivery or the private parcel selected by the client/user, they must take a photo clear of the damaged package in the hands of the messenger and do not accept or sign for receipt of the package for courier damage. Likewise, you must contact a supervisor of the selected courier to make the immediate claim and file a folio for the facts. In turn, they must be shared with the witness photo and the complete data of the package so that they take charge of the current situation. Next action, Metal Coffin Records must be contacted immediately via WhatsApp (5527750741) or email (contact [at] metalcoffinrecords.com) so that the client can be supported in the claim towards the private messaging selected by the client/user.

Finally, it is very important that the client also writes the full name of the messenger who tried to make the delivery, so that a more complete claim can be made to the private courier selected by the client/user. Let us remember that this specific point does not apply to shipments made through Correos de México in Mexico and abroad, due to what is mentioned in previous paragraphs.

"I want another product from your catalog as a substitute, it´s possible?"

If a return is made as the case has proceeded and another Metal Coffin Records product is preferred, instead of the monetary return, this may be possible while the desired product is in stock or it can be brought with one of our business partners and the customer accept it as such. If it has any economic difference in the final cost of the selected product and you still have a balance ($) in your favor, Metal Coffin can return this difference of the total. If the price of the new product is more than the balance in favor you have with us, the economic difference must be paid.

Does the return have any cost, what's next?

The cost of shipping for the return of a supposedly damaged product will be borne by the customer at all times, in the first instance. Once the product is received with everything and its original package and packaging in Metal Coffin Records - and if the case applies - the cost of the product plus shipping will be returned without any inconvenience. Metal Coffin Records will also absorb the cost of the new shipment (only the shipment and only applies in Mexico), if you choose to replace the product that is theoretically damaged, with a new item, as part of a courtesy of Metal Coffin Records for a satisfactory experience by the client (if the case applies, prior to an internal analysis of each case).For the other countries, they have to send the supposedly damaged product to Metal Coffin Records and also have to pay for a new shipment if they want a substitute product that applies, but as a courtesy an additional product will be sent by Metal Coffin Records in the same parcel (the selection will be made by Metal Coffin Records).

Avoid performing any type of fraud

If the product has already been delivered by Metal Coffin Records or by the parcel company selected for the customer / user, when making their purchase in our store, Metal Coffin Records will not be responsible for anything related to an alleged "undelivered" to the customer / Username. Performing fraud or attempting to do so is a crime that is punishable by law and the corresponding actions will be taken if so.

Any suspicious case of any nature will be automatically dismissed by Metal Coffin Records for claims, product substitutions or refunds.
